The WordPress Crew
In case it’s not immediately obvious (some of us not only look incredibly good but — thanks to a variety of skincare products — also remarkably young), it’s worth mentioning that Elbnetz, as a WordPress agency, can now proudly count around 500 successfully completed projects.

Thorsten Faltings
…tried to make his name a statement for the photo next door, and certainly put his forehead to good use — literally, given the wrinkles for which he’s named. Otherwise, he’s sharp as a tack and the captain of the whole operation. In 2011, he set sail from his home port of Hamburg with Elbnetz, the WordPress agency. Since then, he’s been on a mission to make the internet a better and more beautiful place for everyone with attractive, fully functional websites and online shops.
Before Elbnetz, Thorsten Faltings worked as a consultant and was often astonished at how expensive and time-consuming it was whenever one of his clients tried to turn their then-bold idea into a live website — not to mention a simple online shop. After a project was completed, clients usually remained tied to a single agency for years.
“That has to work differently!” thought the fabulous Faltings — and he got down to business: transparent projects for everyone involved, manageable budgets, and above all, independence for the website and shop owners. These principles remain the key ingredients behind the many successful projects of Elbnetz, the WordPress and WooCommerce agency from Hamburg.
Marleen Krajnik
…has been making the sun rise at Elbnetz every morning since 2019 with her radiance and ever-sunny disposition. Naturally, as our Good-Vibes Officer, she loves communicating with our clients (everyone else can talk too, but Marleen Krajnik just does it best). She was practically born online — she worked in online marketing before joining us and now considers WordPress and WooCommerce a kind of digital family she stays in close contact with. Luckily, the cosmopolitan Krajnik loves challenges of all kinds and developing the right strategies to tackle them — a little crazy and, at the same time, very endearing. When she’s not delighting everyone with her personality, this modest and unpretentious screen designer spends her time at Elbnetz planning and executing website and WooCommerce projects, as well as writing CSS and programming code. Marleen Krajnik is a refreshing new addition to the Elbnetz crew, and she likes her clients just as much as they like her. And we like her. And she likes us. Hopefully.

Saskia Falkson
…is new on board — so new, in fact, that she politely declines the office coffee and prefers to get creative with a cup of tea in hand. As a web designer, she brings a keen eye for aesthetics, along with a clear understanding that great design doesn’t just shine — it works. To her, aesthetics without usability are like a website without a “Publish” button: pretty, but useless.
Before docking at Elbnetz, Saskia was already at home in the sea of code, honing her technical skills as a web developer. Today, she brings both worlds together — the world of pixels and the world of performance — making sure that design and usability aren’t opposites, but a true dream team.
She’s still getting to know the crew and all the little inside jokes, but one thing is clear: Saskia works calmly, creatively, and with a strong sense for functional design.
Alicia Manavi
…puts fresh wind in Elbnetz’s marketing sails since October 2025. In her mid-20s, she’s our youngest crew member and exactly the mix of energy, curiosity, and a “let’s do it” attitude that good marketing needs.
As an aspiring marketing expert, she doesn’t just study theory at university — she lives marketing every day. Social media, content creation, small design tasks, research, campaign support, or spontaneous emergency actions: Alicia is where things need to move fast — and she delivers.
At 1.59 meters, she may not be the tallest on deck, but she thinks big, jumps in, and learns fast. She’s motivated, dedicated, and loves turning challenges into small success stories.
We’re thrilled to have her on board. Very much so.

Anika von Keiser
…can’t stand writing about herself (though that’s part of her charm). She’s been writing for as long as she can remember. It took a few detours before she turned her calling into a career, but now she’s what you might call a master of words. What has always stayed with her is a love of the written word and the belief that every person and every company has a story worth telling. After countless websites, co-authoring several books, creating a board game, and many other naming and phrasing adventures, Anika von Keiser knows exactly how to shape ideas into words. The best part of any project, for her, is seeing the people she writes for touched by her texts — when they feel recognized and truly seen. Anika is thrilled to support Elbnetz with her copywriting — and, of course, to sneak in a few witty wordplays whenever she can.
Hans-Juergen Polster
…is not the office dog you might think he is, but prefers to impress with his experience and skill rather than his looks (although he does have a very pretty back). The art director is literally award-winning – he has won over 150 prestigious national and international awards — but awards mean little if you don’t also know the ropes. Perfect Polster is an expert in brand development and management across many (if not all) industries and disciplines, including website and newsletter design, campaigns, corporate identity, logos, magazines, newspapers, and everything in between. He understands the needs of start-ups, corporations, and publishers alike, which is why he consistently delivers compelling results. Hans-Juergen Polster is one of our favorite guides on board, making strong contributions to our work and ensuring that everything runs smoothly and professionally.
